The latest offering and the Publisher’s special pride are a total of 20 Bach calendars. At least, that’s what we believe..
One of two Bach stamps calendars. This year and next year. Plus ... please visit the four additional Bach stores as well … learn more here. By the way: Many music calendars are also available in the US calendar style (... 50:50; with grid)..
It’s almost a “Bach adventure paradise” with so many gift ideas, all featuring Bach designs, they are personalized. With a click here you can explore the various options and discover all these offerings..
From the beginning of 2012, it was clear: as part of our joint mission –the Bach project Bach über Bach and the offerings of Renate-Bach-Verlag (... Renate Bach Publishing House) – there should eventually be at least two, or even three, Bach calendars. Namely, a calendar featuring monuments honoring the Baroque composer. And at least one resulting from the many woodcuts, steel engravings, etchings, paintings, and drawings related to the genius that were acquired..
That was the plan until the summer of 2014. Time has since moved on. The plans have multiplied, and the original two or three Bach calendars have now grown to 20. The Publisher releases them every year, unchanged, in three sizes and two calendar styles..
The “grandfather of all Bach calendars.” Even better, it’s the granddaddy of all calendars published by “Bach 4 You.” And thus, it’s also one of the Bach gifts: the Bach Monument Calendar. It features the most fascinating and significant monuments honoring the musician Bach throughout Europe. However, not all Bach monuments are included. That would require a year with about 50 months. Some of the monuments featured here are likely completely unknown to some of you..
Don't confuse the European style music calendars with the 50:50 (US) style music calendars … learn more here..
Every beginning is difficult, and that was true even for a proper – albeit very small – Publishing House. And, of course, for a small Calendar Publishing House as well. The anxious question was: Just how many calendars should we have printed? Even with a little experience in printing of my Bach Biography for Children, it was a difficult decision. Because calendars are a “highly perishable commodity.” Print too many of them, and as February approaches, selling music calendars becomes no fun anymore. And with a small print run “on the safe side,” a publisher can offer this calendar very cheaply, but simply not “truly excitingly cheap.” With two Bach calendars – and by the way, this also applies to eight other music calendars –we just gave it a try: Bach 4 You ordered a tiny print run – a little bit of risk is simply necessary – and we were able to lower the price quite significantly. So, since 2026, there have been exactly 11 affordable music calendars in the publishing program. 49 additional calendars are then printed – at your request – exclusively as one-of-a-kind items when you order one. Print-on-demand, in other words. And in fantastic quality, both in terms of craftsmanship and the type and thickness of the paper. Nevertheless, the freshly printed music calendars are still surprisingly low in price when compared to similar offerings on the market..
This is, for example, one of the affordable composers calendars. Of course, in the broadest sense, it is also a music calendar. In this category – namely the composer calendars – there are four more affordable designs. In addition, 16 additional composers calendars are available for order via print-on-demand. In addition to the affordable Bach calendar and the composers calendars mentioned here, two more calendars round off this range of affordable music calendars: first, the affordable pipe organ calendar from “Bach 4 You,” and second, another affordable music calendar. Would you like to “head over” to the shop? To all calendars?..
Did you want to see at least one more affordable composers calendar here? Well, there are actually two affordable ones up there..

The biography about Johann Sebastian Bach for children is the Bach gift we’re most proud of. It’s available as a paperback, an eBook, for tablets, and as an audiobook. Want to learn more right away? Maybe read or listen to a sample? It’s just a click away..
It may be the only biography ever written by a member of the musical family about this shining light of their lineage. A short biography was first written – long, long ago – by Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, son of Johann Sebastian. He did so as early as 1750. It was not until four years later that this short biography was presented to the general public as a so-called obituary. Some 270 years later, Peter Bach, Jr. wrote his biography about the Thomaskantor. While it cannot be compared at all to any of the major, “real” biographies, for its target audience – namely kids – it strikes exactly the right balance between the themes of music, life, work, and adventure of the Eisenach native. The illustrations in the biographies of the two Bachs – then and now – also differ considerably. While there were no illustrations at all in CPE’s short biography, many in Bach, Jr.’s biography are quite playful, charming, and entertaining. But they were not painted by him..
As part of his “Bach on Bach” project, Peter Bach, Jr. initially searched for a writer to create a biography of Bach for children. However, Bach, Jr. could find neither a writer nor a publisher willing to take on this publishing risk. After all, the target audience of Bach fans – even worldwide– cannot be compared to the number of fans who today are enthusiastic about stars on television and the internet..
When Bach (... the present-day Bach) expressed regret over this development during a visit to his sister, the rest of the musical family present quickly agreed: “You can do that yourself...” ... was the unanimous opinion. Bach, Jr. sat down, and just ten weeks later, the first draft was written. His sister Petra-Ines Kaune was thrilled to contribute the illustrations, and his wife Renate Bach was tasked with founding the necessary Publishing House. A crowdfunding campaign ultimately minimized the risk of printing costs, and since the fall of 2015, more and more Bach fans have been engaging with this subject matter alongside their children through the biography for kids..
It’s cool, fluffy, laid-back, and lighthearted. Of course, here’s a link to the book in the shop. And you can, of course, read a sample there. You can even listen to a long clip: a really substantial portion of the audiobook, which is available with no Bach music, a little Bach music, or plenty of Bach music..
The Bach Coloring Book: a family project through and through. Click here to get straight to the shop and find the Bach Coloring Book right away..
A similar odyssey was our desire to introduce the world’s youngest future fans of Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven to Classical Music through a coloring book. Despite the wide presence of creative artists on the internet, however, we simply couldn’t find a single one who could transform the 17 Bach stories – which were “haunting” Peter Bach, Jr.’s mind – into a collection of 17 illustrated images..
The crucial factor here? The entire Bach Mission is, was, and of course remains a no-budget project. Although ... very, very rarely ... it has turned into a low-budget project. And who actually enjoys working – that is, drawing – and dedicates themselves almost exclusively to the project just for a friendly and heartfelt thank you? Or, to be part of the Johann Sebastian Bach Dream Team?..
“In his desperation,” Bach, Jr. turned to his cousin in the U.S. She, too, is ... and, above all, she is much more closely ... related to the Thomas Cantor. He asked Briana to put him in touch with her fellow students, who, like her, were already advanced and had learned to paint from the ground up. Briana Bach-Hertzog, however, didn’t have to look far for a friend ... she took the job into her own hands right away. After a few weeks of exciting collaboration, and after the undoubtedly shortest German and English biographies about Bach had been written during that same period, the charming little book – this Bach Coloring Book, available in two languages – was finally complete. This coloring book has also been available for purchase since 2015. Just click over to the coloring book listing in the shop and take a look at all the pages there: Just one click right here will do..
The Bach Kindergarten Game. The drawings are the same as in the coloring book. However, the backs of the pages are not printed. This is because the back of each page in the coloring book contains the coloring instructions for the large picture on the right-hand side. So this doesn’t work for many kids if you “take the coloring book apart.” Click the link above to get to the game. © Info..
Bach Gifts, Bach Gifts..
There are “Music Gift Adventure Playgrounds” and “Bach Gift Adventure Playgrounds” ... learn more here..
How unfortunate that the coloring guide for each drawing in the coloring book is printed right on the opposite page. So if you open the staples of the little booklet – to “take it apart” – there’s a suggested color scheme on the back of every coloring page. But … but, unfortunately … not for the little picture on the other side. Complicated? Yes, how do you explain it simply? In any case: “Tearing it apart” isn’t an option for keeping 17 little dwarfs occupied. But giving two coloring books to a kindergarten – especially with the shipping costs – seemed far too expensive for our “mission.” And that’s how it came to be: the Bach Kindergarten Game. And how does a game like this find its way to your kids?..
Are you a fan of Classical Music? And do you wish more people would appreciate Classical Music today? Then why not support the arts in a completely different and direct way? It’s actually that simple: Order the preschool game from the Publisher. Then choose the preschool of your choice. Coordinate with the teachers. Donate the game to the preschool, and the mini-artists can begin having fun right away..
"Bach out of tin" and that is to say three-dimensional. Plus Bach is still bare or raw. That is unpainted ... among experts. Moreover, uncolored. Want to head over to the shop right now?..
In full three-dimensional form, he already existed: Bach, crafted from tin and to perfection. Of course, we also know where. And now you can purchase Bach as a decorative piece for your home in our shop. Made of tin. Here’s an insider tip: “Just” one Bach tin figure is a great decoration. But a painted one paired with an “raw Bach” together … these two then tell a fascinating story..
It takes quite a few truly talented artists to create the painted Mr. Bach made of tin in the picture above. But even for the plain, unpainted, raw Bach, it wouldn't have worked without the help of several creative minds..
How wonderful it is to have a father whose hobby, even at the age of 93, was collecting and painting tin figures. What was important to him – and actually to the entire guild, which doesn’t collect soldiers – is this: It’s about tin figures – figures, not “soldiers” – and that ... is actually extremely important to many collectors. My father, for example. Second, the alloy is tin. Lead is used for lead casting – on New Year’s Eve – and not for making tin figures..
By the way: After the casting process, many figures still have a slight burr where the upper half of the mold meets the lower half (... the center is hollow ... to accommodate the tin) This burr is first cut off and/or filed down by the artist who paints the figure ... in our case, Johann Sebastian Bach. Next, the figure must be degreased – that is, cleaned – with a suitable liquid. Then comes the primer. Finally, the clothing, face, and shoes are painted. And last but not least ... the most difficult part? Painting the tiny eyes..
However, the world was missing a flat, exciting Bach figure until 2015 ... according to the members of the Bach Mission. This was initially a challenge for Bach, Jr., and later for the “Father-and-Son Dream Team”, that is Bach, Sr. and Bach, Jr.! All their experience with searching for, collecting, casting, and painting tin figures – neither of the Bachs actually casts them themselves, by the way – was “pooled.” They found an engraver who also had to be an excellent sketch artist. They also found the perfect motif: the Eisenach Bach Monument. Another Bach-themed adventure could begin. Many weeks later, the result was ready, and today you can order it. Where? Well, in the shop “Bach 4 You”, of course..
Did you know? The effort that went into creating the little angel is just as great as that for “the rest of Bach.” Where is the angel? He’s holding the open book –which is actually a tiny bit unusual – and stands on the pedestal to the right of the composer. Click here to get directly back to the tin figures in the shop..
Here you can see the angel more clearly: However, it isn’t “left out of the painting”; rather, Bach is resting his arm on this small marble figure. And because it is made of marble, it appears “simply” in white ... or rather, gray..
1,128 musical works by Bach, plus six free Bach add-ons on top? Hard to believe, but true. And you can order Bach's musical works via this link..
What would Bach gifts be without Bach’s music? The selection of Bach music offered by Bach 4 You is surely the coolest on the planet, if not the coolest in the entire universe: Bach’s complete works are available on 142 CDs at an incredibly reasonable price..
On top of that, you’ll also receive the “Old Bach Complete Edition. (... Alte Bach-Gesamtausgabe) ” The Bach Complete Edition refers to the 16,800 sheets of music on which the Thomas Cantor’s complete works are printed. You can read all about it “in the neighborhood of this page.” With a click here. Peter Bach, Jr. photographed this complete edition – the so-called “Old Bach Complete Edition” – in the library in Leipzig specifically for this offer. But the crowning touch to this offer is five additional free add-ons. These alone make a purchase exceptionally exciting. Just click over to these bonus add-ons. Once there, on that page, scroll down a little..
The “Revised Complete Edition of Bach’s Works” is currently available, hot off the press. And what is currently in the works and will be released over the next few decades? The “New Revised Complete Edition of Bach’s Works”. The publisher (... not Bach 4 You) is already offering the first volumes. However, it is intended only for “very wealthy musicologists and Bach fans”: Much of it is, in fact, of “absolutely no significance” to 99% of the world’s population. And that amounts to roughly 8,200,000,000 people..
Although it’s a complete Bach biography, it isn’t very enjoyable to read. However, it makes a great little gift for a Bach fan. Click here to go to the relevant page in the shop..
As promised: a true Bach biography..
A biography not meant to be read, but for decoration. The two coins are not included..
After several years of searching for illustrations for hundreds of pages across three dozen Bach websites, you finally know where to find something special when it comes to the Thomas Cantor. Some items are, of course, far too valuable to ever part with such a fine piece. For you never know if you’ll ever find that one steel engraving of Bach again, in which he – the year of his death minus the year of his birth –reached the age of 134..
Other rarities come our way from time to time. Not every week, not every month. But not quite as rarely as the print mentioned above with its charming mistake. And once it’s been photographed, scanned, restored, and “incorporated” into a page, we have to sell the piece again. To finance the next Bach-related project. The purchase of the Bach stamps alone cost several hundred euros. Below you can see one of the most fascinating pieces and the artist’s reverence for Bach. Do you spot the charming mistake?..
So? Did you spot the mistake? On the postage stamp from Dominica above? That’s right, it says “Eisenbach.” Instead of “Eisenach” ... the birthplace of Johann Sebastian Bach..
“Bach 4 You” is definitely the place where you can find the widest variety of Bach seal T-shirts. The logo on the shirt is available in a very discreet version or in a “missionary-sized” option. And at “Bach 4 You”, there are even shirts and hoodies featuring two authentic Bach seals. Click here to go directly to the shop..
Bach Busts, Bach Statues, Bach Tin Figures and Little Bach Men from the Ore Mountains..
You really have to search for quite a while before you find the “true representative” of each type of Bach sculpture. Not shown above are the Bach bench sitter and the Bach wine bottle stopper..
What is the most important thing about the Bach busts from the Publisher “Bach 4 You”? All five have an engaging facial expression. And that is not the case with many other busts of Bach. Click here to see all five of the Publisher’s Bach busts. Plus two Mozart busts and two Beethoven busts..
Ever since this page went live, Bach experts around the world have been debating: Is it even appropriate to mention a composer of this caliber in the same breath as a trivial building material like plaster? A plaster bust? A Bach plaster bust?! Actually ...
No, no, not really. We’re just having some fun again. It’s not actually real plaster, but an alabaster bust. That sounds much more elegant. Almost a little baroque. You can, of course, buy these busts – which create all sorts of interesting shadows when photographed – almost anywhere. Here and there, too. And that’s why you can find them at Bach 4 You, too. We’ve found the five most beautiful busts on the market for you, though. Because … well, because there are some really ugly ones out there. Ugly ones, and then some are really just … Bach plaster heads. And by the way: There’s an even smaller mini-biography about Bach than the one you saw above. Click here to go directly there..
A Potpourri in the Matter of Bach..
A Bach calendar, a Bach T-shirt..
Bach puzzles: Actually, you almost can't approach the Classical Composers with your kids more carefully..
Of course, “Bach 4 You” also offers Bach beer steins. Because: Bach beer steins are also really cool, exciting Bach gifts. Naturally..
Every now and then, Bach postage stamps are also little Bach gifts. And you don’t collect these stamps... you frame them and hang them on the wall..

Over the course of more than two centuries, many renowned artists have portrayed Bach. This has resulted in fascinating works. However, Bach never actually looked like that..

So now you know all 20 Bach calendars that make such great gifts for fans of Classical Music. And they’re especially perfect for those who also consider Johann Sebastian Bach their favorite composer.
