Georg Friedrich Handel
Georg Friedrich Handel :1685 - 1759.
Handel was born the same year as Johann Sebastian Bach, but he was nine years older. He died in 1795 in London. He was born in Halle on the Saale, so not far from Bach's birthplace Eisenach. Like Johann Sebastian Bach, he was one of the great musicians of history.
