Peter Iljitsch Tchaikovsky

Peter Iljitsch Tchaikovsky 1840 - 1893

He should not be here at all, for he is the only one among the greats in the whole wide world, who did not particularly like Bach's music. He said, that he did like to play one of Bachs fugues, because he enjoyed performing a fugue. However, he did not discover any genius in it. However – with a smile and not serious. Tchaikovsky was born in Russia 90 years after the death of Johann Sebastian Bach and died in 1893. He was a Russian composer. His most famous work is probably the nutcracker.
